MoCo Hurricane Relief Community Forum to Be Held on Nov. 4

The Toombs, Montgomery, and Wheeler Long-Term Recovery Group will host a community forum from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church (located at 120 McGregor Street in Mt. Vernon) on Tuesday, November 4, to discuss free hurricane relief assistance.

The Group urges all homeowners suffering from structural damage as a result of Hurricane Helene to attend the meeting, as attendees will be able to sign up for free assistance with repairs and rebuilding.

This forum is possible due to the collaboration between the Group, the United Way of Toombs, Montgomery, and Wheeler Counties, and the American Red Cross.
