The Montgomery County 4-H is selling boxes of Georgia-grown produce just in time for Thanksgiving, as the group works to raise money for future activities.

These boxes can include any combination of bell peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, yellow squash, corn, green beans, jalapenos, or cabbage. Boxes will be delivered to the Montgomery County Extension Office (located at 130 West Broad Street in Mount Vernon) for pick-up during the week of November 17.

Boxes cost $30 each; all proceeds will go to the Montgomery County 4-H program. Orders must be placed by Friday, November 7. To order, or for more information, call (912) 583-2240.
