These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia, Lyons, and Soperton police departments, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the Wheeler County Sheriff’s Office, and the Treutlen County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Bob Brown, of Lyons, was arrested on October 21 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).
Ashley Lasha Harris, of Lyons, was arrested on October 21 and charged with Warrant Service.
Eliobeth Ruiz Sol, of Lyons, was arrested on October 21 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed, No Insurance-1st, Failure to Yield Right of Way-Intersection, Mutilation Alteration of Tag.
Eddie Lee Ow – ens, of Lyons, was arrested on October 22 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed, Unlawful Use of License Plates, No Insurance-1st.
Fernando Ibarra, of Lyons, was arrested on October 26 and charged with Criminal Trespass.

Michael Lynn Holton, of Vidalia, was arrested on October 21 and charged with Simple Battery.

Jenna Marie Holley, of Vidalia, was arrested on October 21 and charged with Burglary, poss of meth, poss drug related obj.

Leland Mont gomery Johnson, of Vidalia, was arrested on October 23 and charged with Simple battery.
Taliyah Jaki Wil liams, of Vidalia, was arrested on October 23 and charged with Burglary, poss of meth, poss drug related obj, poss tools for commission of crime.
Devon Rufus Wayne Akins, of Collins, was arrested on October 23 and charged with Burglary.

Deangelo Ber nard Clark, of Atlanta, was arrested on October 27 and charged with Probation Violation for Fingerprintable Charge-Felony.
John Anthony Higginbotham, of Glenwood, was arrested on October 23 and charged with DUI-1st Offense.
Samuel Vernon King, of Glenwood, was arrested on October 24 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Related Objects.
Thomas Travis, of Alamo, was arrested on October 21 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misdemeanor, Driving Unsafe/Improperly Equipped Vehicle.
