Since 1954, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) has been challenging coaches and athletes to use the dynamic platform of sport to reach their peers with the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

But while real-world environments play a crucial role in FCA’s ministry programs, today’s youth spends more than seven hours each day engaged in an altogether different environment: a screen.

In response to this reality, FCA is introducing the FCA Resources Web App, a powerful new online tool designed to make discipleship resources more accessible, consistent and impactful for ministry leaders.

According to Josh Gilreath, FCA Chief Operating Officer, “This isn’t just a technology upgrade — it’s a ministry shift. FCA Resources equips the ministry to Engage, Equip and Empower more effectively by putting Gospel-centered tools directly into the hands of coaches, athletes and volunteers worldwide.”

The free digital platform brings together a comprehensive range of discipleship resources into one central hub, offering a unified, easy-touse portal that equips coaches, athletes and volunteers with the same Gospel-centered tools. All of which empowers FCA leaders to stay aligned and focused on their goal to Engage, Equip and Empower athletes to live for Christ.

The app offers a robust array of resources, including: The Bible, fully searchable in both English and Spanish. Devotions, studies and reading plans for both personal reflection and group use. Huddles and group tools, helping participants track activity, share notes and grow together. A custom content library, featuring personalized recommendations in multiple languages. A dynamic, growing collection of content, with new Bible tools and features added regularly.

In short, the app is designed to help athletes connect anytime, anywhere.

“The FCA Resources Web App benefits our coaches, athletes and volunteers in a number of ways,” remarked Gilreath. “It provides central access for our discipleship content. It creates alignment among all FCA participants, ensuring that each person is equipped with the same tools. It’s convenient. And most of all, FCA Resources positions us to reach even more people globally with Gospelcentered resources.”

Gilreath concluded, “The FCA Resources Web App positions our leaders around the world to deepen discipleship, spark meaningful conversations and expand their global reach like never before.”

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes’ vision is to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes. Its mission is to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. FCA’s guiding values are integrity, serving, teamwork and excellence.

Since 1954, FCA has used the powerful medium of sports and building relationships to reach the world for Jesus Christ. FCA is cultivating Christian principles by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to know and grow in Christ and lead others to do the same so that lives are changed for current and future generations.
