Toombs County High School has announced that once again, their graduation rate is above 93%, as the Class of 2025’s official graduation rate is 94%.
For six years, Toombs County High School has maintained a graduation rate above 93% — an accomplishment which the school stated emphasizes their legacy of achievement. The Class of 2025’s 94% graduation rate reflects the hard work of the students, dedication of the teachers, and the support of the students’ families and community.
Toombs County Superintendent Barry Waller commented on the accomplishment. “We are extremely proud of the Toombs County High School Class of 2025 for continuing our district’s strong tradition of excellence. A 94% graduation rate represents years of hard work, determination, and partnership among our students, families, teachers, and staff,” he emphasized. “This year, we are also celebrating six consecutive years with a graduation rate above 93% and seven consecutive years of exceeding the state average.”
He continued, “Our community plays an important role in supporting student success, and this accomplishment reflects what can be achieved when everyone works together toward a common goal. We will continue to build on this success as we prepare every student for life beyond graduation.”
