a passing touchdown. Kicker Sergei Fontaine split the uprights for the extra point, bringing the score to 31-0.
As the first quarter wound down, Adams wasn't finished. With under a minute remaining, he punched in another rushing touchdown, his second of the quarter, followed by another successful PAT from Sergei Fontaine. The quarter ended with the scoreboard reading a stunning 38-0 in favor of Vidalia Heritage Academy, a testament to their explosive start.
The second quarter saw no let-up from the high-flying Eagles. Just a minute into the quarter, Jake Adams found Wayne Richardson for a passing touchdown. Sergei Fontaine added the extra point, making it 45-0.
Richardson then delivered one of the most exciting plays of the night. With roughly seven minutes left before halftime, he fielded a punt and weaved through the Baker County special teams for a thrilling punt return touchdown. Fontaine's subsequent PAT brought the halftime score to an incredible 52-0, a dominant display that had the Homecoming crowd roaring.
The Eagles began the third quarter kicking off to Baker County, but their defense continued to hold. With under a minute left in the third quarter, Chuck Page added to the VHA tally with a powerful rushing touchdown. Sergei Fontaine continued his perfect night with another good PAT, extending the lead to 59-0.
Baker County finally managed to break the shutout in the fourth quarter. With approximately six minutes remaining in the game, the Bears found the end zone with a rushing touchdown and followed it up with a successful twopoint conversion. However, their eight points were merely a consolation, as the clock soon ran out, solidifying VHA's comprehensive 59-8 Homecoming victory.
