Vidalia High School proudly recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of 25 students who earned AP Scholar Awards for the 2024–2025 school year. These honors are granted annually by the College Board to students who excel on Advanced Placement (AP) Exams.
The awards are presented in three categories: AP Scholar – Granted to students who receive scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP Exams.
AP Scholar with Honor – Granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.
AP Scholar with Distinction – Granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.
Over the last two years, Vidalia High School has expanded its AP program significantly, increasing course offerings from just 3 to 11. This growth has created more opportunities for students to challenge themselves academically and achieve at the highest levels.
These recognitions highlight not only the dedication of our students but also the commitment of our teachers, who go above and beyond to support and prepare students taking on the challenges of rigorous AP coursework.
