INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL
The Vidalia Toombs County Library Board of Trustees requests proposals for professional architectural services in the design of an addition/renovation of the City of Lyons Nelle Brown Memorial Library 166 W Liberty Avenue Lyons, Ga 30436. Architectural responsibilities will include building design and site design as well as construction administration for all aspects of the project. Architectural responsibilities will also include working closely with Ohoopee Regional Library personnel, Board of Trustees, City of Lyons and the Georgia Public Library Services construction consultant. Sealed proposals are to be mailed or hand delivered to Ohoopee Regional Library System 610 Jackson Street, Vidalia, GA 30474, Attn: Cameron Asbell, Director. Proposals are due no later than 5 pm September 19, 2025. A complete proposal submission will include the signed acknowledgement form included in the online packet. Proposal packages will be evaluated by library staff, Vidalia Toombs County Library Board members and select community consultants. Finalists will be requested to interview and make a presentation to a committee made up of representatives from the parties named above.
