Susanna Haynes Enterprises (SHE), Inc., will host their annual Girls’ Summer Camp on June 1314 at Southeastern Technical College in Vidalia.
This year’s camp is titled “Camp Fire: Unstoppable!” as the event will focus on igniting the “spark of purpose” within young girls and helping them to feel empowered and capable of “[forging] through the fires of adversity with faith, fortitude, and fearlessness.”
The free day camp features workshops, faithfilled discussions, activities, and mentorship time in hopes that each girl will leave the event feeling stronger, wiser, and more unstoppable. The camp’s goal is to cultivate the next generation of leaders by instilling godly principles that will help them rise above life’s challenges and walk boldly in their identity and purpose.
Famous Pastor Cora Jakes will share a prayer virtually during the camp’s opening ceremony, and Vidalia Mayor Doug Roper will share a message as a keynote speaker. At the end of the camp, parents and family members will be invited to join the girls at the Annual Family Summer Barbecue to celebrate what they’ve learned, and the girls will even hear a special performance from the Atlanta Drum Academy during the camp.
Camp organizers also shared their appreciation to local companies, such as Memorial Health Meadows Hospital, Southern Nuclear Plant Hatch, Sam’s Club, Southern Company, Trane Technologies, and more for their support of the event.
This camp is open to all girls aged 10-21. For more information, or to register, visit www.campfire2025. com or email info@campfire2025. com.
