RTCA Track At Bulloch

Robert Toombs Christian Academy's Track and Field teams competed at Bulloch Academy on April 10, with each team taking third place in the event. They competed against Bulloch Academy, Pinewood Christian Academy, Bryan County, Trinity Christian (Dublin), First Presbyterian Christian Academy, and Vidalia Heritage Academy.

Girls

Kylie Acosta and Mekhia Bell led RTCA on the day. Acosta took 1st place in the triple jump and was 1st in the 400m dash. Bell finished 1st in the 100m dash and was 2nd in the 200m dash. Rachel Threlkeld took 1st place in the pole vault. Emmie Davis finished in 2nd place in the high jump, and Kailen Brantley took 3rd place in the high jump. The girls 4x100m relay team came in 4th place.

Boys

Aaron Hankerson led the boys team with a 1st place finish in both the 100m and 200m dashes. David Hill followed that with a 1st place finish in the long jump and a 2nd place finish in the triple jump. AJ Jones came in 2nd place in the discus, Jayden Toole was 2nd in the 400m dash, and Eli Baker took 4th place in the long jump.

The RTCA boys 4x100m relay team finished in 1st place, and the 4x400m team took 4th place.

RTCA will be competing at the Region Meet at Stratford Academy in Macon this Wednesday.
