In the 10U Baseball tournament as part of the 60th Annual Lyons Youth Tournament, the Vidalia boys took it all the way to the Championship Game and came away with the title. Lyons also fielded two teams in the tournament.

In the first round Vidalia kicked off their run with a game against Glennville. VRD wasted no time as they took a 10-1 win to advacne.

open up their tournament. The Lyons Red team had a bye in the first round, but in the second round they got a win, 5-0, over Appling County.

In the second round for Vidalia, they took a 6-3 win over the Swainsboro Red team. In the next round Lyons Red fell to Candler County in a close one, 4-3. That sent them down into the losers' bracket. The Vidalia boys rolled over Reidsville in their next game by the score of 10-0 to move into the semifinals.

In the losers' bracket, Lyons Blue's tournament came to an end against Appling County. Appling beat Lyons 15-2. Lyons Red fell in their next contest to Swainsboro Red. Swainsboro took the win 6- 2.

Vidalia faced off with Candler County in the semifinals of the winners' bracket and came out on top in a close game. VRD beat Candler, 6-4, to advance to the Championship Game.

In the Championship Vidalia took on Bulloch County. Vidalia had to fight, but they came out on top and won the game 5-3. That gave VRD the Tournament Championship.
