The Toombs County High School Bulldogs Esports finished the Fall 2022 season as State Runners-up in Splatoon 3 after falling short to the Northview Titans in the PlayVS championship match. The team was led by team captains Adam Copeland and Christian (Gabe) Smith in their championship effort.

The Esports program is the first Toombs County High School team to reach the state finals since the Bulldogs Wrestling team reached the GHSA State Duals finals in 2018.

Head Coach Tyler Corley said, “I am very proud of our team’s accomplishments during the Fall 2022 season, and I look forward to getting started with our Spring season in a few weeks. We thank our community stakeholders for their support and encouragement this season.”

The Esports team will participate in Splatoon 3 and Rocket League during the Spring 2023 season. For live streams of all Toombs County Bulldogs Esports matches please follow their Twitch Channel at https://www.twitch.tv/ toombsesports.
