RTCA COOKIE CLUB — Robert Toombs Christian Academy Middle School Cookie Club had their last meeting of the month on Friday, October 21. The cookie theme was fall and Halloween. Students brought cookies from home to decorate during their meeting time. They discussed 1 Thessalonians 5:18 and then discussed what they each were thankful for. In the spirit of thankfulness, cookies were delivered to the Lyons Fire Department to show their gratitude for all they do. DEBRA BRANTLEY AWARD - J.R. Trippe Middle School Special Education Teacher Leslie Seabury is no stranger to the Debra Brantley Award, having received it in the past. She was honored with this year’s award at the regular meeting of the Vidalia City Schools Board of Education on Tuesday, March 14. HOSA STATE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE – Vidalia High School took 22 HOSA members to the State Leadership Conference in Atlanta to compete in various divisions and attend workshops featured at the event.
