The Eagles of Vidalia Heritage Academy headed up to Sharpsburg, GA, to play their final Region game of the season. The Eagles played a hard fought game as they held the lead the entire game. VHA's offense controlled the game as they moved the ball up and down the field all night.

The Eagles looked to stay in the air most of the night. VHA junior Ledger Curl was named the player of the game as he scored 2 touchdowns on the ground. Senior John Smith had a great night going 8-10 passing.

The Eagles took home the win, 38-20, over Central Christian.

Head Coach Seth Sitzman said, “Overall it's a win, but there are lots of things we have to clean up as we get into the playoffs as we look to defend our State Championship.”

The Eagles will play a nonregion game to close out their regular season at home against Trinity of Griffin. Kickoff will be at 7:30 p.m. this Friday night.
