WRECK ENDS IN FLAMES — A wreck at the intersection of Rudell Road and SR 292 Wednesday afternoon in Vidalia left one vehicle burnt after the collision sparked a fire in the vehicle's engine. Vidalia Fire Chief Brian Sikes said this type of blaze is a common occurrence with wrecks, and that the fire was extinguished quickly and no parties were injured, to his knowledge.
