Kayla Clark Receives Barbara Thompson Conner

Memorial Scholarship

Mo n t g omery County High School Class of 2022 Graduate Kayla Clark, daughter of Kevin and Jan Clark, received the Barbara Thompson Conner Memorial Scholarship, which was endowed by the Vidalia Women’s Club to the Montgomery County 4-H Club.

This scholarship is in memory of Conner, who graduated from MCHS and returned to teach at the school for several years. The scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior at Montgomery County High School who will be majoring in the agricultural, family and consumer sciences, or education fields. Clark plans to attend Brewton-Parker College, where she will pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education.
