On Friday, March 19, Lisa Parker, Meadows Auxiliary President, presented a donation of $50,000 to Meadows Health for a new 3D mammography machine that will be placed at Meadows Health Imaging Center. This donation represents the final half of their $100,000 pledge for the new mammography machine. The Auxiliary members serve in various areas of the hospital, and money earned is used to purchase items and equipment to take care of patient needs. 'This equipment is an incredible addition to our imaging center and helps provide access to early cancer detection for more women in our community,' Kent said. He added, 'Our Auxiliary is so amazing and generous in their continuous support of Meadows and our work. We can never thank them enough for their great service.'
