Evans, Registered Land Surveyor, recorded August 3, 2017, in Plat Book 33, Page 164, Clerks Office Toombs Superior Court. Said plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments and lack of insurance on said loan.
