Prime Contractors who return the documents complete and in good condition within ten days after the bid opening will be refunded their full deposit. If documents are not returned, the entire deposit will be forfeited. Prime Contractors may purchase additional sets and subcontractors and material suppliers may purchase sets of the documents for the cost of reproduction, which is $50.00 per set.
