The application requests a variance for setbacks and buffer due to the lot being insufficient for proposed commercial development with present setbacks applied. A public hearing will be held by the Vidalia Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. The Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations will be reviewed with approval or disapproval by the Vidalia City Council on March 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held at the John Raymond Turner Municipal Annex, in the Council Chambers, at 302 East First Street.
