NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT HEARING Notice is given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Mount Vernon has approved an application for conditional use of freight trucking in a C-2 zoned lot, particularly two parcels on Carver Street, Parcel 007 014A and 017 004. The Mount Vernon City Council will consider final action on approving the application and recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission in a public hearing on said application on February 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.
