Legal Notices in Plat Book 34, Page 82 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Toombs County, Georgia, which plat and the record thereof are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description as if fully set forth. This tract of land is a portion of that tract conveyed from Joseph Chris Zorn and Deborah Ann Zorn to Zorn-Land, Inc in that certain Warranty Deed dated March 2, 2005, and recorded in Toombs County Deed Book 716, Pages 224-225. This property shall be subject to those certain Protective Restrictions and Easements, executed by Zorn-Land, Inc., recorded on August 06, 2021, in Toombs County Deed Book 1365, pages 87-289, as if fully set forth originally herein.
