Invitation To Submit Qualifications For Construction Manager At Risk The Vidalia Toombs County Library Board of Trustees is seeking qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk for the addition/renovation of the City of Lyons Nelle Brown Memorial Library at 166 W Liberty Ave Lyons, Ga 30436. Responsibilities will include working closely with Ohoopee Regional Library personnel, the Board of Trustees, and the Georgia Public Library Services construction consultant. Sealed proposals are to be mailed or hand-delivered to Ohoopee Regional Library System 610 Jackson Street, Vidalia, GA 30474, Attn: Cameron Asbell, Director. Statements of qualification are due no later than 5 pm December 30, 2025. All complete submissions will be evaluated by library staff, Vidalia Toombs County Library Board members, design professionals, and select community consultants. Finalists will be requested to interview and submit a Proposal to a committee made up of representatives from the parties named above. WINTER WONDERLAND – A cold front brought chilly winter weather to the area at the beginning of the week, as temperatures dipped into the low 20’s during the mornings.
