The Capital Fund Plans will be available for review over the next 45 days at the Authority’s central office located at: 907 Morris Street Vidalia, GA 30474 The Public Hearing will also be held at the above location. Any person wishing to comment on either of the above documents may file his or her comments in writing with the Housing Authority’s Executive Director at the above address by 12:00 PM on December 9, 2025, or may attendthePublicHearingonthelisteddate. A SOPERTON TRADITION - The Million Pines Arts and Crafts Festival began in 1973, as Soperton Citizens Mary and Jack Pournelle worked alongside others in the community to bring a festival to the city. The event has been an annual event ever since, only cancelling because of the Hurricane Helene destruction in 2024. This year, the festival returns bigger and better than ever.
