Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on October 2, 2025, at 2:00 PM for comment on the Lyons Housing Authority's proposed FY2026 - FY2030 Capital Fund Five-Year Action Plan as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Capital Fund Action Plan will be available for review over the next 45 days at the Authority's central office located at 208 North Lanier Street in Lyons, Georgia. The Public Hearing will be held at the Housing Authority's Resident Services Building located behind the central office at 165 E. Wesley Avenue. Any person wishing to comment on the above document may file his or her comments in writing with the Executive Director of the Housing Authority at the above address by 4:30 PM on October 1, 2025, or attend the Public Hearing. All comments will be considered in preparing the final document before submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
