The properties include: Telfair County Courthouse, 19 E. Oak St. Community Development Center campus, 91 Telfair Ave. Senior Center, 62 Daughtry Ave. Farmers Market, 139 N. Third Ave. EMS, 274 E. Willow Creek Lane County Property at 50 Parsonage St. The services include (at a minimum): Cutting grass and edging once-a-month (October through March) Cutting grass and edging every two weeks (April-September) Cutting shrubbery at Community Development Center campus twice-a-year Cutting shrubbery at all other locations once-a-year Raking old pine straw and putting down new pine straw once-a-year Invoices shall be submitted for payment monthly. Additional services can be negotiated if needed.
