Special Primary / Special Election City of Vidalia Ward 3 We are having a Special Election for Public Service Commission District 2 and District 3. This is a Statewide election. Everyone in Toombs County is eligible to vote. City of Vidalia Ward 3 will also be on the ballot. This is to fill the unexpired term of John Raymond Turner. Only registered voters living in the City of Vidalia, Ward 3 will be able to vote in this race. All early voting will be held at the Toombs County Courthouse, 100 Courthouse Sq., Ste. 112, Lyons, GA 30436.
