Approximately: 825,660 Gallons The flow from the manhole was due to excess flow surcharging. The area of the spill was cleaned and limed following the incident. Approximately 825,660 gallons spilled with a portion reaching a tributary of Rocky Creek. The Toombs County Health Department the GA EPD, and the media have been notified of the spill.
