The City of Vidalia alleges that the structure located on the property is dilapidated, unsanitary, unsafe for human habitation, and otherwise unfit for use, all in violation of the Unsafe Building Abatement Code as incorporated in the Vidalia Code of Ordinances and applicable provisions of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§ 41-2-1 through 41-2-17. The property is considered condemned by the City Marshal/Building Official, and continued occupancy is prohibited until further notice.
