Comments will also be received regarding the Authority’s FY2025 – FY2029 Capital Fund Five-Year Action Plan during the same Public Hearing. Both the PHA Plan and Capital Fund Plan will be available for review over the next 45 days at the Authority’s central office located at: 907 Morris Street Vidalia, GA 30474 The Public Hearing will also be held at the above location. Any person wishing to comment on either of the above documents may file his or her comments in writing with the Housing Authority’s Executive Director at the above address by 12:00 PM on June 24, 2025, or may attend the PublicHearingonthelisteddate. Allcommentswillbeconsideredin preparing the final documents prior to submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
