TO THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE MEADOWS MEMORIALHOSPITAL STILL IN VIDALIA BY GARY TOOLE In my recent stay in your hospital and then for a procedure done by doctor Senn I was called and ask about their service and my satisfaction which prompted me as a Christian writer to tell you all this by giving you some good news and awareness of this day we live in. Not me but many folks call to complain but never to say thank you. The words thank you is derived from the bible which means thankfulness and thanksgiving. We need to bring back the almost lost and becoming extinct words, thank you. So thank you! Have a nice day as nice as it sounds is superficial and comes from the head. Not the heart. So we are thankful that we have a hospital in Vidalia so close to help heal and alleviate pain and suffering and heroic efforts during that Covid virus. In the bible in James it teaches contentment that they now call the old school, the good book school. So now the order of the day of cultural shift is to complain but I am reminded of the man that complained because he had no shoes until he met a man that had no feet and some complain because their roses have thorns but I thank God because my thorns of life have roses and last you remember the ten lepers were healed in the bible and only one came back to say thanks. So thank you! And really last but not least this man was wearing a cap that read, “Trust in the Lord,” and his doctor saw it and the doctor said, “You don’t trust me,” and in reply he said, “Oh yes sir doc, I do trust you because I trust in the lord!” Powerful! The proverb of the holy word reads, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not into thy own understanding: in all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path!” Proverbs 3:5-6. So all wisdom and knowledge comes from the lord God that made the heavens and the earth and sprinkled the stars and set the sun with great precision right smack on the money.
