Vidalia Offering New Mobile Pay System

The City of Vidalia is now offering citizens the opportunity to pay their bills online from their cell phones through the launch of a new finance system.

Many citizens will receive a text message from the City informing them of an option to pay their bills through a mobile system, which can be done at any time during the day without going to the Vidalia Municipal Annex. City officials emphasized that this text message is not a scam, but rather a direct link to the payment platform.

“If you get a text from the City, there’s no need to worry – this is not a scam. The new feature gives you a convenient way to pay your city bills right from your phone,” City Manager Josh Beck remarked. “Thanks for your patience as we work to make paying your bills easier.”
