Brazilian Soccer Camp Coming To Partin Park

Local youth soccer players will have a unique opportunity to learn the game from an international perspective right here in Toombs County this summer. The City of Lyons is hosting the BUC Brazilian Soccer Camps at Partin Park from July 27 through July 31.

The five-day camp runs Monday through Friday and is open to kids ages four to 14, regardless of their current skill level. Families can choose from full-day, half-day, or the introductory 'Future Stars' programs depending on their child's age and interest level. The focus is heavily on what organizers call the 'Brazilian Way of Soccer,' emphasizing fundamental skill development, flair, and building a player's confidence on the ball.

Instead of just running standard drills, the camp promises guidance directly from professional Brazilian coaches who bring the passion of a fivetime World Cup champion nation to our local fields. It is a great chance for young athletes to experience a different culture of soccer, one built on joy and creativity, without having to leave the city limits.
