Pride Win In Forsyth HitFest

The Pride 13-14 year old girls softball traveling team took the Championship spot Saturday March 21st at the Forsyth HitFest tournament at the Monroe County Sports Complex in Forsyth.

The girls went 5-0 and gave up only 6 runs for the tournament led by pitcher Tenley Blewet, 3 – 0 and Jacquelin Mexquititla, 2 0. The team scored 46 runs on 31 hits led by MVP Elin Haygood. The defense committed only 3 errors on the day.
