LETTER TO THE EDITOR

On behalf of the “Keep it Clean Vidalia” committee, I would like to say a special thanks to Scott Fowler, project manager with ESG, and his team for all of their efforts supporting the group on Saturday mornings. The “Keep it Clean Vidalia” committee organizes a clean-up day on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month. Without fail, Mr. Fowler and members of the ESG team have contributed by not only assisting in the physical effort of picking up litter, but also by providing signage (for safety purposes) and supplies for the group. They also provide an invaluable service of collecting the bags of trash and other debris at the end of each morning. We are extremely appreciative of their support and grateful to Mr. Fowler and ESG for their contributions to our efforts to reduce the amount of litter in our community.
