These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia, Lyons, and Soperton police departments, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the Wheeler County Sheriff’s Office, and the Treutlen County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

In Lyons…

• Zykerria Ke nyata Moore, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 13 and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended, Child Restraint Violation Under 8.

• Armando Perez Hernandez, of Lyons, was arrested on February 13 and charged with DUI-.08 or More, Driving While Unlicensed, Defective Equipment-No Horn, Headlights, Tail Lights.

• Marshall Patten Bryant, of Claxton, was arrested on February 15 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamines, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Marijuana Less Than, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First), Open Container, Expired Tag.

• Edna Quintero, of Lyons, was arrested on February 16 and charged with No Insurance-1st.

In Toombs County…

• Derrick Fedrick, of Uvalda, was arrested on February 8 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- Misd, Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Safety Belts-Child Passenger Restraining System-Penalty for Violation, DUI/Alcohol/Less Safe.

• Richard Hey ward, of Savannah, was arrested on February 8 and charged with Probation Violation- Felony.

• Aaron Jackson, of Jesup, was arrested on February 13 and charged with Pedestrians Under the Influence-Misdemeanor.

• Phillip Jones, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 13 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe, Failure to Maintain Lane.

• William Knight, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 10 and charged with Theft by Conversion of Payments to Property Improvements.

• Michael Mathews, of Metter, was arrested on February 9 and charged with Failure to Appear.

• Little Mayner, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 10 and charged with Probation Violation-Misdemeanor, TCDC-Court Production Order-CPO.

• Patricia McBee, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 11 and charged with Probation Violaton-Felony.

• James McTier, of Baxley, was arrested on February 11 and charged with Vehicle Turning Left, Duty to Make Immediate Reports of Accidents, Leaving Scene of Accident With Damage, Injury or Death.

• Frederick Mur ray, of Lyons, was arrested on February 14 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.

• Matthew Ow ensby, of Statesboro, was arrested on February 9 and charged with Harassing Phone Calls.

• Leeza Reddish, of Uvalda, was arrested on February 11 and charged with TCDC-Out of County Hold.

• Milton Smith, Jr., of Vidalia, was arrested on February 9 and charged with Probation Violaton-Felony.

• Derrick Walker, of Lyons, was arrested on February 12 and charged with Probation Violation-Misdemeanor.

In Montgomery County…

• Shavon DeAn thony Patterson, of Clarksville TN, was arrested on February 4 and charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Methadone Hydrochloride pills w/ Intent to distribute, Possession of oxycodone w/ Intent to distribute, Possession of Cocaine w/ Intent to distribute, Possession of ecstasy w/ Intent to distribute, Possession of a schedule I/II/III/IV controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a publicly owned/ publicly operated housing project (5counts).

• Anthony Kyle Tarver, of Statesboro,was arrested on February 7 and charged with DUI.

In Vidalia…

• Timothy Jer maine Thomas, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on February 9 and charged with Poss marujuana with intent, poss drug related obj, poss marijuana less than, seatbelt violation.

• Jamarion Nyshawn Smith, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 9 and charged with Driving while license suspsended.

• Brandon Dean gelo Adams, of Metter, was arrested on February 10 and charged with Suspended license, seatbelt violation.

• Tiger Taquan Roberson, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on February 10 and charged with Warrants served (multiple agencies).

• Richard Logan Stone, of Folkston, was arrested on February 10 and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, failure to dim headlights.

• Jeremy Shaun Gillis, of Glenwood, was arrested on February 11 and charged with Public drunkenness.

In Wheeler County…

• Antonio Arm strong, of Alamo, was arrested on February 15 and charged with Pending Charges.

• Felipe Carreon, of Uvalda, was arrested on February 13 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- Misdemeanor, Suspended Registration.

• Abigail Dejesus- Banda, of Douglas, was arrested on February 9 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misdemeanor, Failure to Secure Load.

• Paul Michael Harrelson, of Helena, was arrested on February 10 and charged with Laying Drag.

• Dareneicia Pa trice Jackson, of Athens, was arrested on February 9 and charged with Fleeing/ Attempting to Elude Police, Failure to Stop at Stop/Yield Sign, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misdemeanor, Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Reckless Driving, Hit and Run-Duty of Driver to Stop at or Return to Scene of Accident, Schedule I or II Controlled Substance- Possession

With Intent.

• John Heinrich Nunn, of Jacksonville, FL, was arrested on February 14 and charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Reckless Driving, Failure to Maintain Lane, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign.

• Landynn Nasir Powers, of Eastman, was arrested on February 12 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Reckless Driving.

• Eddie Dean To bler, of McRae, was arrested on February 15 and charged with Public Drunkenness.

• Jaron Wayne West, of Soperton, was arrested on February 10 and charged with Probation Violation For Fingerprintable Charge- Felony-2 Counts.

In Soperton…

The City of Soperton reported no arrests for the week.

In Treutlen County…

• Victor Hugo Arena-Sanchez, of Atlanta, was arrested on February 7 and charged with Suspended License.

• Cady Michele McSpadden, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 7 and charged with Probation Violation.
