These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia, Lyons, and Soperton police departments, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the Wheeler County Sheriff’s Office, and the Treutlen County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Marion Glen Youmans, of Lyons, was arrested on December 16 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First), Defective Equipment-No Horn, Headlights, Tail Lights.
Donald McKin ney, of Lyons, was arrested on December 16 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-First, Defective Equipment-No Horn, Headlights, Tail Lights.
Tanisha Nichelle Bowles, of Mt. Vernon, was arrested on December 18 and charged with No Insurance-1st, No Tag.
Dayna Marie Conlan, of Ormond Beach, FL, was arrested on December 20 and charged with DUI-.08 or More, Speeding 15 to 24.
Andrew Savko IV, of Lyons, was arrested on December 20 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamines, Possession of a Controlled Substance,Possession of Marijuana Less Than Ounce, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Possess Firearm, Knife During Commission of Attempt to Commit Crime, Possession of Firearms by Convicted Felon.
Tony Deron An derson, of Lyons, was arrested on December 22 and charged with Warrant Service.
Kleb Dwayne Crapps, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 23 and charged with No Insurance-1st, Unlawful
Use of License Plates, No Tag.
Stephanos Woods, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 23 and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended.
Tamesha Lashay Johnson, of Metter, was arrested on December 25 and charged with Poss Marijuana Less Than, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, No Insurance-1st, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).
Jacquilyn Sierria Sharpe, of Lyons, was arrested on December 26 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Melinda Willis Stemen, of Lyons, was arrested on December 26 and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended, No Insurance-1st.
James P. Oliver Collins was arrested on December 28 and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended.
In Toombs County…
Rocky Akins, of Lyons, was arrested on December 18 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Jarvis Boyd, of Lee, was arrested on December 19 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Darin Giles, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 15 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- Misd.
David Kornegay, Jr., of Vidalia, was arrested on December 20 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Roberto Malott, of Lyons, was arrested on December 18 and charged with TCDCOut of County Hold.
Yesenia Perez, of Lyons, was arrested on December 17 and charged with Probation Violation-Misdemeanor.
Manuel Ramirez, of Cobbtown, was arrested on December 19 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed, TCDC-Immigration Hold.
Calvin Wilcox, Jr., of Baxley, was arrested on December 19 and charged with TCDC-Civil Child Support Arrest Order.

Maxime Oreste, of Tallahassee, FL, was arrested on December 17 and charged with Reckless Driving, Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits.
Charles Jeffery Smith, of Baxley, was arrested on December 19 and charged with Failure to Appear in Court as Summoned.
Carlos Xoqui Martinez, of Hazlehu rst, was arrested on December 20 and charged with Driving Without a Valid License- Misdemeanor, Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits.
Matthew Dylan Yawn, of Milan, was arrested on December 18 and charged with Open Container of Alcohol in Motor Vehicle, DUI-1st Offense.
Bryan Allen Dukes, of Lumber City, was arrested on December 23 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, Expired Registration, Open Container of Alcohol in Motor Vehicle.
Caitlyn Nicole Francis, of Glenwood, was arrested on December 23 and charged with Simple Battery-Family Violence, Obstructing or Hindering Persons Making Emergency Telephone Call.
Dayton Khole Hulett, of McRae-Helena, was arrested on December 27 and charged with Firearms- Possession by a Minor, Terroristic Threats and Acts-2 Counts.
Carteve Out law, of Alamo, was arrested on December 26 and charged with Aggravated Assault, Cruelty to Children- 3rd Degree-Allow Child to Witness Forcible Felony/Battery/ Family Violence, Battery, Shannon Layla Starling, of Glenwood, was arrested on December 24 and charged with DUILess Safe-Drugs.

Gabrielle Cas tleberry-Gordon, of Soperton, was arrested and charged with Simple Battery (Domestic Violence Act), Terroristic Threats.
