Fellowship of Christian Athletes Rejoices in Over 52,000 Faith Decisions in 2025

As the days left in 2025 count down and many people begin to focus on what the new year will offer, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA, www.fca. org) is sharing a reminder to coaches and athletes across the world to focus on His glory, not their own.

“This year, we reflect on all that God has done in the hearts and minds of coaches and athletes around the world, revealing His glory,” said FCA President and CEO Shane Williamson. “FCA is both humbled and grateful for all of the lives that went from personal glory to His glory through our ministry.”

In the past year, FCA saw 52,473 total faith decisions — 45,054 in the United States and 7,419 internationally — through its various Camps, Huddles, Fields of Faith events and other opportunities. This staggering number reveals the desire in many coaches and athletes to have a relationship with their Savior — something that FCA is dedicated to fostering.

Over the past 12 months, our ministry has focused on one central question: “What are you chasing?” We recognize that all of us are chasing something that we believe will ultimately fulfill us and cement our legacy. However, at some point, we will find that these things still leave us empty and weighed down. FCA discipled coaches and athletes in 96 countries to not shy away from glory, but reorient Who receives the glory.

In 2025, FCA focused on four key concepts throughout the year to understand how you can go from chasing glory for self to living satisfied with giving God glory in all you do. The four concepts began with chasing glory, moved to revealed glory, shifted to reflecting glory and concluded with lasting glory.

FCA is steadfast in equipping coaches and athletes with the Gospel, engaging them in God’s Word, and empowering them with The Great Commission. As a part of their discipleship strategy, FCA distributed 244,650 Bibles in 2025 and, over the last 15 years, has distributed nearly 3 million.

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes’ vision is to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes. Its mission is to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. FCA’s guiding values are integrity, serving, teamwork and excellence.

Since 1954, FCA has used the powerful medium of sports and building relationships to reach the world for Jesus Christ. FCA is cultivating Christian principles by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to know and grow in Christ and lead others to do the same so that lives are changed for current and future generations.
