Santa Claus will fly into Lyons for a visit from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, as he meets with the community as part of his preparation for his trip around the world on Christmas Eve. This free event will feature photo opportunities, sweet treats, hot cocoa, Christmas crafts, and more. For more information, call (912) 526-6445.

The Downtown Vidalia Association invites the community to come find the perfect Christmas present for their friends and family during the annual Late Night Shopping event from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 18.

Free Trees in

The Montgomery County Extension Office has recently received a grant allowing Montgomery County Citizens to receive a free tree to help replant those lost in Hurricane Helene.
