The Art by Gwen Studio will host a student art exhibit from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 23, at Southeastern Technical College in Vidalia. The free event will showcase art from students in elementary school and older.

HEAT AND HIGH GRASS – Toombs County Fire Chief Johnny Moser said that it was the combination of the heat from two vehicles with high grass that caused Saturday’s blaze, which burnt over 6 acres between Center and Alston.
