The donation, part of Dot's Neighbor-to-Neighbor program, includes truckloads of food delivered by company employees to local pantries.
The Dot Foods Georgia distribution center in Vidalia recently donated $36,000 worth of food and other necessities from its current inventory to four local food pantries through the company's Neighborto- Neighbor program.

Dot employees assisted pantry staff and volunteers with receiving and unloading the donations at each location.
While Dot's charitable work supports a range of causes, fighting food insecurity remains central to the company's mission. In addition to the annual Neighbor- to- Neighbor program, which launched in 2014, Dot provides donations to local food pantries throughout the year.
'We are so grateful for Dot Foods' generous gift. This donation will allow us to serve countless families in need. At SEGCP, our gratitude is expressed every day in the way we meet and support our community.' said Andrea Hinojosa, Co-Founder and Director, Southeast Georgia Communities Project Inc.
'We are thankful Dot picked us. This donation will help us out so much,' said Howard Wright of Evergreen True Vine Holiness Church.
