Though most of these events will be held on Thursday, October 30, trick-or-treaters can visit the Cedar Crossing Baptist Church, located at 2926 Cedar Crossing Road in Toombs County, from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. for Trunk-or-Treat. All attendees are asked to be mindful of their costumes, as no one wearing witch, devil, or scary costumes will be allowed to participate.
Calvary on Aimwell, located at 607 Aimwell Road in Vidalia, will host a Trunk-Or-Treat event from 6:15 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29. This free event will feature decorated trunks, sweet treats, and family fun.
Montgomery County
Tr i ck- Or – Treat ing will kick off on Thursday, October 30, in Montgomery County, as the city of Mount Vernon hosts their community and neighborhood event from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Attendees can peruse through downtown businesses, participating houses, and the First Baptist Church of Mount Vernon to celebrate the season.
The City of Uvalda will also welcome families and children for the annual Community Trunk-Or-Treat from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, at the Uvalda Baptist Church, located at 405 E. Main Street.
Toombs County
Lyons will celebrate the season with Sweet Treats at the Toombs County Courthouse from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 30. Several businesses and organizations will be set up in the courthouse parking lot to provide several sweets and treats to all who attend. Downtown Vidalia businesses and organizations will also celebrate the season with the community with the Downtown Spooktacular event, which will be held from 5:30 until 7:30 on Thursday, October 30. The event will feature trick-ortreating, games, hayrides, and a costume contest for ages 12 and under. To participate in the costume contest, contestants can preregister at Georgia First Bank, located at 112 Charles Andrew Drive in Vidalia, or register at the event by 6 p.m.
The Pal Theatre will be hosting a free Halloween movie night after the Downtown Spooktacular, as they show Hotel Transylvania at 7:15 p.m. and Halloween at 9 p.m.

Several neighborhood homes in Vidalia will welcome individuals with special needs to visit to receive a treat during an Inclusive Trick-Or-Treat from 4 p.m. until 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, October 30. This event will ensure that all individuals can enjoy Halloween festivities, as it provides a sensory and accessibility friendly atmosphere. Treutlen County
Families can enjoy Trick-Or-Treating in Soperton neighborhoods from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 30. The city will not host its normal Trick-Or-Treat event at Jean Gillis Memorial Park this year.
Wheeler County
The City of Alamo will host their annual Trunk-Or-Treat event from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, at the city’s walking track in Downtown Alamo. Doorto- door trick-or-treating will also be held during this time.
The City of Glenwood will also host their annual Trunk-Or-Treat event from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, in the city’s downtown area. Door-to-door trick-ortreating will also be held during this time.
Glenwood Health and Rehabilitation Center, located at 41 N. Fifth Street in Glenwood, will welcome trick-or-treaters for candy, sweets, and fun on a bouncy house from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 30.
Halloween Night
For those wishing to trick-or-treat on Halloween night, October 31, the Cedar Crossing community will welcome door-todoor trick-or-treaters from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Trick-or-treaters can visit several residences and businesses, including: Pop’s General Store, located at 149 S.
