A SPECIAL JROTC PROMOTION – Treutlen High School Senior Lilly Meeks (left) was promoted from JRTOC Cadet Captain to Cadet Major by her father Marty Meeks (right) before the Treutlen County Vikings Homecoming Game on Friday, September 19. This is the only time that a JROTC Thunderbolt Cadet has been promoted on the football field.
