Back to School Immunizations

The Toombs County Health Department is offering immunizations required for Georgia childcare and school attendance and hearing/vision/dental screenings for children enrolling in Georgia public schools as a walk-in service daily during business hours.

The Department is located at 714 NW Broad St. in Lyons and is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. For more information, call (844) 473-4374.
