Daughtry Speaks to Four Rivers Patriots

The Four Rivers Patriots Chapter, Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution held its monthly meeting on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Chatters Restaurant in Lyons. With President Joel Keener presiding, there were 16 in attendance.

President Keener inducted the newest member, James Homer Harrell, who was approved by the National Society on March 7, 2025. Jim's Patriot was William Hall Parker.

Dess Smith III introduced the speaker for the evening, Compatriot Hu Daughtry. Hu and his wife Susan live in Metter, and he is a member of the Mill Creek Chapter in Statesboro. Hu spoke about the Parish Thain House.
