The print signifies the leap of faith Lasseter Tractor Company has taken by building a new state of the art facility to support the agricultural industry in Toombs and surrounding counties. Lasseter began in 1956 in Moultrie, Ga and expanded to 6 locations throughout Southern Georgia. The new facility in Lyons is 62,000 square feet of space that includes offices, parts department, retail showroom and service and repair shop. WINTER WONDERLAND – A cold front brought chilly winter weather to the area at the beginning of the week, as temperatures dipped into the low 20’s during the mornings. The arctic breeze even caused several fountains, such as the iconic Vidalia Onion Fountain at Ronnie A. Dixon City Park, and other bodies of water to freeze.Photo by Lisa Truxel
