Myesha Hall a 2021 graduate of Vidalia High School is making her mark at Truett McConnell University as she continues to dominate on the track.

The former GHSA State Champion in long jump is also the 2022 NAIA National Champion in long jump, the first event in TMU history. Myesha is still on track for bigger successes as she competed last weekend at the Electric City Invitational hosted by Anderson University.

Hall not only brought home the win with an amazing jump on her final leap of the day, her jump of 6.29 meters met the 2024 United States Olympic team trial standard, set a new school record and is leading the nation for the NAIA league. VHS Head Track Coach Mandy Godbee said, “I like to call her our Mighty Myesha. She has an amazing competitive spirit and a fierce work ethic. I am so proud of her and her success on the track. She has made Vidalia so proud and is well on her way to fulfilling her lifelong goals and dreams.”
