Brown Swims At State

Vidalia High School Senior Swimmer Reece Brown took to the pool last weekend at the GHSA State Swimming and Diving Championship at Georgia Tech.
Swimming in the 50 freestyle, Brown took 14th in the A-3A division. Brown’s time was good enough for a 6th place finish for AA and 4th place for AA public schools.
Brown, who qualified for the State meet, began swimming competitively at the age of 7 and has competed for 10 years with the Vidalia Recreation Department and 4 years with Vidalia High School.
