Fall Signups At Vidalia Rec.
The Vidalia Recreation Department is holding signups for fall sports. Signups are for football, cheerleading, and soccer. Signups will be held through August 12, and are held at the VRD office at the Ed Smith Complex. They are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Participants can also be registered online at secure.rec1.com/GA/ vidalia- ga/ catalog.
The age control date for all fall sports is September 1, 2022. The fee for fall signups is $45. Football will have three age divisions this year. VRD will host 6U Flag football for ages 5-6, 8U Flag football for ages 7-8, and 10U tackle football for ages 9-10.
Soccer this season will have six different leagues. There will be a co-ed league for just 4 year olds, 6U for boys and 6U for girls for ages 5-6, an 8U coed league for ages 7-8, a 10U co-ed league for ages 9-10, and a 12U co-ed league for ages 11-12.
