These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

In Lyons…

• Michael Sha quille Martin, of Higgston, was arrested on November 3 and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended.

In Toombs County…

• Clinton Clark, of Vidalia, was arrested on November 4 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.

• Joel Harden, of Vidalia, was arrested on November 3 and charged with TCDCRevoked Bond-Violation Bond Conditions.

• Ethan Keith, of Vidalia, was arrested on November 6 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/ Under 21 YOA/0.02 Grams or More, No Passing Zones, Failure to Maintain Lane.

• Cheyenne Moore, of Baxley, was arrested on November 4 and charged with Failure to Appear-Felony.

• Brandon Pow ell, of Lyons, was arrested on November 4 and charged with TCDC-Revoked Bond-Violated Bond Conditions.

• Nickolas Ste phens, of Vidalia, was arrested on November 4 and charged with Criminal Trespass.

In Montgomery County…

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office police report was unavailable at presstime.

In Vidalia…

• Keith Lamont Snell, of Vidalia, was arrested on November 2 and charged with Driving While License Suspended.

• Chasity Elaine Moffett, of Lyons, was arrested on November 3 and charged wiht Warrant Served (Lyons Police Dept).

• Michael Roger Arnold, of Lyons, was arrested on November 3 and charged with Warrant Served (Lyons Police Dept).
